Salmon with Mango Salsa
Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skinless or skin-on)

- 1 tsp paprika

- Juice of 1 lime
For the Mango Salsa:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
