Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 medium tomato, diced

½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

¼ cup mayonnaise or garlic aioli

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra flavor)

Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the shredded or sliced chicken to the skillet. Season with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and coated in garlic flavor.

Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry pan or microwave to make them more flexible.

Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or garlic aioli over each tortilla. If desired, mix the lemon juice into the mayonnaise before spreading.

Layer each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, garlic chicken, and shredded cheese.

Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.

Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
