BBQ Bacon Cheddar Bombs

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count, like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 8 cubes of cheddar cheese (about ¾-inch each)
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon (crispy)
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the Bombs:
    • Flatten each biscuit dough round slightly.
    • Spread a small amount of BBQ sauce in the center.
    • Place 1 cube of cheddar and 1 piece of crumbled bacon in the center.
