PEPPERONI PIZZA TACOS

PEPPERONI PIZZA TACOS

Ingredients:

  • 8–10 taco shells (hard or soft, your preference)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or Italian sausage), cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Optional: sliced olives, chopped bell peppers, red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until translucent, then add the ground beef or sausage. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pizza sauce and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the taco shells in a baking dish so they stand upright.
  5. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Top with pepperoni slices and any optional toppings you like (olives, bell peppers, etc.).
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, garlic butter, or extra marinara!
